We at KayoticK guarantee our products. If an item does not meet your standards, you may return for exchange or store credits within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply return item(s) with all tags attached including any garment protection tags in good condition. Item(s) that have been worn or damaged will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to request an exchange or store credit. All items can be sent back by insured mail so that we can track your item along the way. Please send tracking information to (firstname.lastname@example.org) once available. The cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.
- At the discretion of KayoticK management, if the item(s) appear worn or damaged there will be no exchange or store credit and our team will return the item back to the original address provided.
- Cosmetics are final sale. There is no returns or exchanges on cosmetics.
After your payment is authorized and verified it will take 2-5 days to process your order. KayoticK will offer free 5-8 days of domestic shipping. Please ensure your email is entered correctly so our team can send you a tracking number. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. KayoticK does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that states not delivered.
